Normandy Farm Manor

This is a photograph of an impressive Normandy farmhouse. The building is constructed in stone and exhibits advanced architectural elements including two very large chimneys at each end of the house, and a domed tower. A farmhouse of this type is more of a villa and would have belonged to a wealthy landowner, and contrasts sharply with a more impoverished farmhouse typically inhabited by the peasants.
